Final Review Meeting
The TRACY Project has been a noteworthy journey in big-data analytics and e-evidence systems, and its final review meeting, held on July 3, 2025, in Brussels, served as a critical juncture in evaluating its impact and setting the stage for future developments.
The meeting took place at the North Light building in Brussels, bringing together a diverse consortium of partners from across Europe. This hybrid meeting format allowed for broad participation, facilitating a rich exchange of ideas. Participants included representatives from Performance Technologies, OTE, Hellenic Police, Hochschule Fur Den Offentlichen Dienst In Bayern, TIMELEX, Inspectoratul De Politie Judetean Galati, KEMEA, Fondation De L’institut De Recherche IDIAP and Inspectoratul General Al Politiei, all collaborating under the European Union’s co-funding initiative.
This meeting was not just a formality but a celebration of the project’s achievements and a strategic discussion on future pathways. It highlighted the project’s journey and its role in advancing big-data analytics for law enforcement.
The agenda was meticulously designed to cover a wide range of topics essential to the project’s success. The day began with a welcoming session, setting a collaborative tone. Discussions led by HaDEA and subsequent sessions by IDIAP and Performance Technologies provided deep dives into user requirements and technological advancements, respectively.
One of the standout sessions was on the large-scale AI pilot execution, which showcased the project’s innovative use of AI technologies. The afternoon sessions focused on training, capacity building, and strategies for dissemination and exploitation, ensuring the project’s findings and innovations reach a broader audience.
Feedback sessions were particularly valuable, offering a platform for constructive dialogue and allowing participants to refine their strategies for future initiatives. The meeting concluded with a discussion on next steps, aligning all partners on the project’s future trajectory.
